Best way to describe one would be a rice ball, but there is more involved to this delicious snack than just that. Each onigiri consists of a topping, stuffed inside cooked rice then wrapped in a seaweed shell and then topped off with seasoning.

These little bites are made up of wheat based batter stuffed with diced cooked octopus (tako), then grilled on unique takoyaki pan. After it is topped off with dried bonito, seaweed strips, mayonaisse and takoyaki sauce ( similiar to Worcestershire sauce).
